hi jemmy, i am not knowadgable about computer. i was loged in to mt word press and bought the pro from there. iloged in with my tvmountmate@gmail,com and i did not register anything eles. this is the only email i have. i did go to fast spring but dont unerstand what to do. plese help me solve. i cant do no work with out solving this issue.
