I purchased Rank Math PRO but it’s not activated

    Hello Rank Math team,

    I’ve just completed the payment for Rank Math PRO, but after the process:

    The PRO version is not showing as active in my account.

    The PRO features are not available in my WordPress dashboard.

    I haven’t received any confirmation email with license details or download link.

    Here are my details so you can check:

    Email used for the purchase: y**********@g********

    Purchase date: 16/07/2025

    Payment method: paypal

    Website domain: http://www.platanogames.es

    I’d really appreciate it if you could help me sort this out as soon as possible, since I need to activate the PRO version to finalize my SEO setup before my academy launch.
