    Hi,

    I purchased an annual Content AI starter subscription but this isn’t being reflected in my account, or within the WP plugin.

    My order reference is here: RANKMATH240925-9852-60157

    Can this please be activated?

    To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by going to Rank Math > Account > Website or by visiting this URL.

    If the credit count appears correct but is not showing in your WordPress plugin, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
    3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.

    • Refresh Credits: Refresh Credits

    After reconnecting, refresh the credits count in your Content AI to ensure it requests the updated credits from our server.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please install or update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    If that does not work, could you please share the affected URL/s so we can check on our end as well?

    Hi,

    It works now – thank you!

    I’m quite disappointed so far with the alt text generator. This was the main reason I purchased the content AI add-on. It barely describes the image (maybe 5 words, not even full sentences) and does not pull any information from the file name either.

    Previously I was using ChatGPT but wanted a more efficient option so having the alt text generator in WordPress was the ideal option. However, I am so disappointed with it so far.

    Will it be improved? Can I change the settings so it produces usable alt text?
