    I purchased a license and it’s still showing the “free” license in my account. Can this be resolved?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support today.

    The subscription was applied to the account with an email address [see sensitive data section].

    You would need to login into that account to activate the PRO plugin on your website.

    If you wish to merge that account to this account, do let us know and we will do the needful.

    Also, please let us know which email address you wish to keep.
