    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We have merged the purchase to the correct email address. Please reconnect your website to your Rank Math account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    credits

    We’ve merged the accounts under the above email address and the credits are also transferred there. Please follow the steps mentioned by my colleague to reconnect the website(s) to your Rank Math account with the above email address and see if the credits are updated on the website.

    Also, if you want to further change the email address of the account, you can do so from this page: https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/
