Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.
Could you please head over to Rank Math > Sitemap settings and see if the post type is showing there? If so, you can enable the Include In Sitemap option for that post type.

You can also use another sitemap plugin to generate your sitemap. But please make sure that the Sitemap module is disabled in Rank Math > Dashboard

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
It is included. This question is about how to programmatically (via a php filter) exclude specific posts.
Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
You can customize and make use of our filter here to exclude post types in your sitemap:
/**
* Filter decision if post type is excluded from the XML sitemap.
*
* @param bool $exclude Default false.
* @param string $type Post type name.
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/exclude_post_type', function( $exclude, $type ){
return $exclude;
}, 10, 2 );

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Excellent! I looked everywhere for that page! How did I miss it? I don’t see much in the way of examples of using these filters but I will give it a try.
I guess we can close this for now.
