Indexing/No Indexing any page is totally up to Google, however, I checked the page and it seems like a custom HTML page.
Upon checking the source of the page, I found that the meta robots tag is not properly set up. You may update the meta robots tag like <meta name="robots" content="follow, index, max-snippet:-1, max-video-preview:-1, max-image-preview:large"/> .
