Thank you for your prompt reply regarding my subscription renewal. I understand from your message that standard policy generally doesn’t allow for adjusting renewal pricing or offering additional discounts.
As I mentioned previously, we are a small agency and have been really happy using Rank Math Pro on our websites. We truly value the service. The renewal price difference from last year ($78.18) does present a significant budget consideration for us.
While I understand the standard procedure, I wanted to respectfully follow up and ask if there is any possibility of a loyalty discount or any flexibility a human agent could review for a small agency like ours? We would be very grateful for any consideration that would allow us to continue our subscription for another year.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We have changed our pricing model, and we no longer offering the old pricing on our subscription plans. We promised that the price would not change for you unless you cancel.
Also note that you can use the Rank Math PRO on unlimited personal websites, and you can use the business plan on 100 client & personal websites. Personal websites are the ones you own 100% and not a client website or a partnership with someone. A personal website can be a business, earn you money and you can even sell it to anyone but it needs to belong to you.
