To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, please visit your Rank Math account and navigate to the “Websites” section to check if you can see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. Here are the steps to do so:
- Go to your WordPress admin area.
- Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
- Click on “Disconnect” and then “Reconnect” to your Rank Math account.
After reconnecting your account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count so that the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
