As for your inquiry, using the same external link repeatedly across different pages of your website may be seen as spammy behavior by search engines, especially if the content of those pages is not relevant to the linked external source.
Additionally, if you are solely creating these pages for the purpose of linking to the external source, this may be seen as an attempt to manipulate search engine rankings, which could result in penalties to your website’s search engine visibility.
Instead of repeatedly using the same external link, it would be better to use relevant and varied external sources in your posts that provide additional value to your readers.
Alternatively, you can add a nofollow attribute which I noticed that you are already using on the links.
Lastly, since Google released a Spam update, you may also have been affected by it so I suggest following the above suggestion and you can also refer to the guides below on how to address it:
