Checking your CPanel, it seems that you have backup files on October 17 which you can try to restore if this restores your missing posts.
I would suggest doing this on your own as this will change your website or you can get assistance from your hosting provider.
Rank Math doesn’t delete the posts from WordPress as already mentioned in our past replies.
Please check with your hosting provider to assist you further.

If you use the site operator to check the post in Google Search, you can see that the post is already indexed:
It means the posts are not lost and are still indexed in Google Search. Even your latest published post is also indexed:
If you are seeing zero discovered URLs in your GSC account’s sitemap section, it just means that Google has discovered the URLs from somewhere else before they can discover them from the sitemap. It can be from instant indexing, internal linking, or backlinks. It isn’t something to be worried about as long as URLs are getting discovered and indexed.
And please note that ranking on Google depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking you:
1. Your website’s authority
2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.
3. How competitive the keyword is.
4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.
5. Your website’s crawlability.
6. Frequency of new content and content updates.

I would recommend that you keep at it and work on acquiring more links to break into the top SERPs.
And since your site is already indexed in Google and there is no issue with the SEO setup of the site, it should be indexed in Bing and Yahoo. Please check your Bing Webmaster tool and see if there are any reported issues. If there are no issues, you will have to wait for Bing to decide to crawl and index your site.
You can also use our IndexNow feature to use the Index Now API to submit your URLs to Bing: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-indexnow/
I can also check that your robots.txt file has https://humbaa.com/mpg-sitemap-plumbing-services.xml as a sitemap and it contains the URLs that are returning a 404 error. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt and remove it from your robots.txt file.

Glad that you are consistently replying to me But sir I think there is a serious issue. As you see I am daily posting articles, earlier it was indexed fast within 1 or 2 minutes. But now after waiting for 1 or 3 hours there is same issue.

It is completely normal for posts to take time to get indexed in the SERPs. It can some times take a few days or months to get your newly published posts to get indexed based on the crawl budget Google has assigned to your site. Even if you use Instant Indexing, it is still completely up to Google to decide if they want to index the posts or not. So you should just wait and work on posting quality content on your site and once your site has enough authority, your articles will start to get indexed quickly and rank higher.
I checked the settings and everything seems to be set up correctly. However, I can notice that you have a very old version of the PRO plugin on your site while your account doesn’t have a subscription. If you want to use the PRO features, you should purchase a subscription. Using the outdated version of the plugin can cause issues with the settings and since you don’t have a PRO subscription we will not be able to help you resolve the issues with the PRO plugin if you ever face any.
For now, everything seems to be working fine. You should still consider getting a subscription if you want to use the PRO feature or disable the PRO plugin.
As long as the indexing is concerned, there are no issues and the posts are getting indexed. The time taken to index them is also normal.
