I think you get that traffic on tag pages or archive? Because Rank Math automatically adds no-index to those pages for fix duplicate content.
To disable this look at my method and add the code to header.php.
<?php if(is_author() || is_tag() || is_date() || is_attachment()){
echo '<meta name="robots" content="index,follow" />'; }
?>
Hi, thank you for your response. I don’t think the traffic comes from tag pages or archives because 99% of them were deindexed on the first place and we don’t have any content on Pinterest that directs towards these pages. Could it be something else?
Hello,
I checked your site from my end using interest debugger and it seems to be fine.
Are your posts posted to pinterest as expected? If not please check to confirm you have verified your site with Pinterest correctly in Rank math > General Settings > WebMaster Tools
Looking forward to helping you.
hi Michael, everything else seems okay. Do you have any other ideas of what could go wrong based on previous experiences?
Hello,
There is only one thing Rank Math has that Pinterest sees – it is the OpenGraph tags we add to your content. The OpenGraph tags seem to be working fine so I don’t suppose there is any issue there.
Please check if the links shared on Pinterest are working correctly.
If you imported from Yoast, Pinterest, Google or anyone else won’t be able to tell that you switched plugins because all your previous data is imported and stays exactly the same.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
