    I just paid for a subscription, but I’m not seeing the ability to download the pro plugin, and I’m not seeing any active subscriptions listed under my account settings

    IT STILL DOESN’T LET ME DOWNLOAD THE PRO PLUGIN. Seriously, I’m so angry at you guys for how ineptly you’re handling this. I AM LATE TO LAUNCH BECAUSE OF THIS. If you can’t fix my account, then send me the file NOW. I’m going to also ask for a refund for my subscription for you to make this right. In my product downloads, it now shows the Pro subscription, but instead of a “Download” button next to it, it shows a “Buy” button. I have no ability to download the pro version.
