I have purchased credits for content AI but unable to locate/update them to site

I have made the purchase for 50 credits for content AI, when I click the link provided in the email, it just takes me to my account on your site which then provides a download link to download Rank Math, however I already have this installed on my site. I may have made an error by making the purchase, before I created an acount on your site (but I wasn’t to know this would be an issue).

How do I add the credits to my site? I made the purchase before creating an account on your website. Please can you help?
