    You can check the credits in your Rank Math account:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh

    Hello,

    Can you please confirm if any of your connected sites were connected to a different Rank Math account before where you used 5 free credits? If you did then they will be attached to your site and will be deducted from the account you will connect your site to.
