I have problem in sitemap

2. 404 Error: If Rank Math does not create a sitemap and throws a 404 error, check your permalink settings. You may need to flush permalinks by going to the Permalinks page in your WordPress dashboard and clicking Save Changes.

4. Google Can’t Find My Sitemap: If Google is unable to access your sitemap, ensure that you have submitted the correct URL (usually _https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/) and that there are no restrictions in your robots.txt file.

5. Unsupported File Format: If you see an error regarding unsupported file format, check that your sitemap file has the correct XML header and that it uses straight quotes for attributes.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
