I have paid but it still shows free plan

    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account:

    member area

    2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
    disconnect and reconnect Rank Math account

    3. Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    and ensure that you are using the latest built:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    4.You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    5. If that does not help, then, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom and share that along with your WordPress login details by editing the first post on this ticket and adding that information in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I opened detailed transcation description and it says ” transaction is pending – business hasn’t claimed the money”
    So it means that something is wrong with your payment system if it doesnt claim the money…

    It looks like you made a mistake while entering the email ID.

    The payment was made from a****@w****************

    For now, you can use the link we shared in the sensitive data section to login directly to this PRO account.

    In the meantime, we have forwarded your request for the accounts to be merged and then the PRO will be available in the correct account.

    Steps to be followed:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account

    WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser, or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.
