Checking some of your posts, you do have multiple title/description tags but some don’t have meta descriptions at all.

As for your indexing issue, we can confirm that many of your website pages are already indexed on the SERP as you can see from the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
If there are still URLs that aren’t indexed, please share some here so we can check further. You may also submit them to your Google Search Console’s URL inspection tool and share a full screenshot of the report here with us.
