I have landing page and there is ID in sections what scrolls down.
Example navbar: Home, Services – Plumbing – Welding – Powder coating, Contact us
Landing page: Services and sections: Plumbing, Welding, Powder coating
And if I go in navbar to Welding then it goes to Services page and section Welding. Thats good.
Url looks like this: https://website.com/services/Issue is that my focused keyword is for that Welding and scrolling down link looks like this: https://website.com/services/welding/
How I can change page seo link if Im focusing to that keyword. So then google shows that url clicks it and then scrolls to that section.
at the moment I focus this keyword and there is alot more other information too what maybe future focused by like this.

If the page does not have a unique slug – it will not be considered a new page. This might affect your SEO.
I can only suggest using a hash or anchor instead like this:
https://website.com/services/#welding. This way, the services page can be optimized for multiple focus keywords but Google will not see the#weldingpage as a separate page – they might add a link as a ToC link:
