yes, the reason why was because of your PayPal payment that required you to be in the same country with the Paypal account you are using.
so my auto renewal cancelled, i contracted you people about it but you did not give me any response.
i send you email that your PayPal was not working because of the country but you people did not give me feedback.
so trying to get another payment method for me (debit card) took time. that was why i couldn’t renew automatically.
it was you people Paypal payment that require someone to be in the country that you are making payment from, if you try to make payment with a paypal account that is from another country that you are not currently in it does not work
