    I guess it’s because my Pro expired. Can you just copy and paste the last answer in here so we can continue the issue here?

    Yes, as your subscription for PRO version of Rank Math has been expired, you won’t be able to access those tickets before you renew the subscription, as they are secured, private and only available to PRO users.

    However, we can move the ticket from the PRO to the FREE section if you want them to be accessed. But please be advised that, once we move the ticket from the PRO to the FREE section, the ticket will be publicly available.

    Back to your issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
