One of my websites have a 403 error:
Error 403
Permission denied. Failed to verify the URL ownership.

I have tried to do the next tutorial but doesn´t works:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0Dwsbn5RvE&t=1s

In my Google Cloud project, it shows me that I need the next permissions:

resourcemanager.projects.get

But I don’t know how to give it to my account.
