I cancelled it myself and it still says “Next charge: $149.02 on Jul 8, 2025”, I don’t want to get charged for this again, can you please fix this issue for me.

This is a renewal purchase because you purchased a Content AI subscription from us last year.
Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s). Did you not receive that? Please let us know.
