I can check that your sitemap is validating fine. Please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).

To exclude sitemap from SG Optimizer, please navigate to the SG Optimizer > Caching Settings > Exclude URLs from Caching and use *sitemap* to exclude all the sitemaps from caching.
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.
