There was some mistake on our payment processor system upon cancelling renewal, you have done that three times after renewal happened and upon third cancellation, instead of cancelling renewal subscription got deactivated somehow.
We have corrected your subscription and it will be cancelled on 10.11.2022. Please note that you will not be able to renew this subscription but will have to purchase new one after this one expire.
