Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

In your video I see you’re using classic editor for posts, does it means I must use that outdated editor if I want to continue using Rankmath, that would be a shame, Rankmath worked flawlessly with Gutenberg until WordPress 5.5

I have not been able to solve the problem. My solution right now is to change the plugin because if it is not compatible with the WordPress version or with another plugin, there is little I can do.
Before Rank Math was going very well but since the last updates to me (and many other people) it has stopped working for us. A shame indeed, because it is a very interesting plugin.
But I need to work.

Nice, Enable jQuery Migrate Helper didn’t helped me, I think my problem is an outdated Extra theme, using health plugin Rankmath worked fine because it loads as if I was working with WP default theme, so bad I can’t change my theme at this moment
