    2. Activate Rank Math: After connecting, ensure that you activate the correct license associated with your Content AI plan. You will be redirected to the activation page where you can select the appropriate license from the dropdown menu and click OK, Activate Now.

    3. Enable Content AI Module: Check if the Content AI module is enabled. Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules and ensure that the Content AI module is activated.

    4. Refresh Content AI Credits: Finally, navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI and click the refresh icon to update your credits.

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps carefully:

    • First, ensure you are logged in on your website to the same account you used to purchase the Content AI subscription. You can check your account details here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
    • On this page, you should see the correct number of remaining credits for your Content AI. Here is an example of how it looks:
    • If the number of credits is correct on this page, but not on your website, you need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account on your WordPress dashboard. To do that, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect button. Then, click the Connect button to reconnect your account. Learn more here.
    • Finally, go to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits count by clicking the tiny refresh button. This will sync your website with our server and show you the updated number of credits. Here is how to do it:
