I don’t optimize my product

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I assume you want to remove Rank math data from your pages. To remove the schema, you can set the schema to none in your products or in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Products.

As for the title & description, you can use these filters:
To change description: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-meta-description
To change title: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#change-the-title

Just change the return value to nothing i.e return '';
