    hello in the link above it says I dont have permission to see my own created support ticket messagE? why ?
    I also cant see the other ticket response. can you fix that please ?

    You opened that ticket in the PRO forums and given you have a Free account you cannot access the ticket.

    We moved it to the Free forums and you have full access to it now.
