Please login to your website in an incognito window in Chrome, reconnect to Google, give all the permissions, and configure the settings.
However, if you have a GA4 property, then please make sure you are using the latest beta version of the plugin. We have introduced the GA4 API support in our plugin in the latest Beta release of the plugin:

Then, update the plugin, reconnect with your Google account and configure the settings.

Can you please share some error messages in your content AI when researching a keyword? You may share a screenshot so we can further identify what’s causing the fetching issue.
As for the analytics, issue, if the property isn’t listed in the dropdown when configuring the analytics settings in Rank Math, then that property probably isn’t using GA3 or UA.
As explained by my colleague, the GA4 integration is still in beta, if you are using the stable version, GA4 properties will not work.
With that said, if this isn’t the case on your end, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
