As you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
Back to your issue, please make sure you’ve logged into your account using the correct mail address. If that seems to be fine, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.


After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
