  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’m not quite sure whether I fully understand your concern about the 404 Monitor files. Are you referring to Rank Math’s 404 Monitor?

Please share some links and additional details so we can check and advise accordingly. You can also use this tool to share screenshot links.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I’ve checked your sitemap, and there are some white spaces before the XML Sitemap’s source code.

This might be added by a blank line/space in your wp-config.php file or your theme’s functions.php file. If there is no such blank space in your wp-config.php or functions.php file, check for a plugin conflict using the Health Check plugin.

Also, make sure your cache is disabled as it is highly likely that the cache is interfering with the working of Sitemap functionality of Rank Math.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

I both cleared the browser cache and used the suggested plugin, but my problem was not solved, there is not even a space between my function and configuration files. If I give you my counter password, can you solve my problem?

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
