Please rename the image and again upload it. Then change the favicon by any of the three methods.
After doing that please clear the website and browser cache and see the changes.

The text in the browser’s tab is picked from the <title> tag. We render the SEO title directly inside the <title> tag.
So, modifying the SEO title would change the text in the browser’s tab also.
