Hello, we’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with the meta description field being uneditable in some of your posts. This can sometimes happen due to various reasons, such as conflicts with other plugins or specific settings in your WordPress environment.
Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Clear Your Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with how pages are displayed.
- Disable Other Plugins: Temporarily disable other plugins to see if there’s a conflict causing the issue.
- Check User Permissions: Ensure that your user role has the necessary permissions to edit post metadata.
- Update Rank Math: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin.
- Switch Themes: If possible, switch to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persists.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with the URL of the affected posts, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention!
