Your ticket was created when your account was still a PRO account. Now that you have requested a refund (which we have honored), you no longer have access to your PRO tickets.
The same shall be reflected in your payment source in 5-7 business days if you’re using a credit card. Refunds might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement if a debit card is used. For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
