Try to disable ModSecurity in Cpanel if you have it. See if it fixes your issue.
If not, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), we would need to discard it as a plugin or theme conflict. Once we determine it is (or it isn’t), we will be able to help you further (and solve your issue).

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I tried to check the problem as instructed using Health check plugin.
But just by enabling Rank Math alone I experienced the same problem again!
Once I tried to save something on rank math I was redirected to this page https://hasopoints.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php automatically!

I’ve tried checking your cPanel, and it seems that the option for managing your ModSecurity is not showing. Could you please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the ModSecurity is disabled or they are not blocking any process of the plugin?
