I can’t open my past and current tickets

    Hi,
    I can’t open my past and current (before this ticket) tickets anymore. “You do not have permission to view this topic.” is written there. I asked for a refund and after that, I can’t have a look at the recent and previous tickets.

    After the refund is processed, the account cannot access the older tickets.

    Your refund was issued and processed from our end.
