I can’t enable the Index Status tab under Search Console.

    “Note: If the Enable the Index Status tab option is grayed out and unclickable, switch to a Chromium-based browser like Google Chrome and navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics to toggle it on.”

    I followed the instructions and used the Google Chrome browser, but the problem still persists. I’ve tried many times, but I’m very confused and don’t know what to do next.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please follow this guide to remove the Rank Math App from your Google account: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#expired-google-oauth-token

    After that, please reconnect your Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics with all the required permissions and see if that works for you.

    Also, please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the Analytics settings page by using a tool like https://imgur.com/upload so that we can check this further for you.

    I think it might be an issue with the GSC registrant. Last time, I didn’t pay attention and used my regular email for registration. After adding the email I used to register the domain yesterday, Rank Math turned green. However, the ‘Site’ section is still grayed out and cannot be selected.
    I’m not sure if this is normal, or if there’s something else I need to do?

    Hello,

    Once you connect your Google account with Rank Math, the selected properties become static. If you want to change them again, you’ll have to reconnect your Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
