I have Rank Math Pro but my website is not showing in my Rank Math account, and I cannot access my AI credits. The interface keeps showing this error:
Output History: Site not associated with user
My credits expire at the end of this month, so I need help linking the site to my account and restoring access to AI features.

What I tried
Logged out and back in to the Rank Math account from WP admin → Rank Math → Dashboard.
Disconnected and reconnected the account in the plugin.
Revalidated the license under Rank Math → Account.
Cleared site transients and caches.
Confirmed the site URL matches exactly in my Rank Math account profile.
Checked that the site is set as “Connected” in the plugin’s Account panel.
What I need
Associate lovettejallow.com with my Rank Math Pro account.
Restore AI credits on this site.
If needed, extend the current credit expiry since I have been blocked from using them.
I can provide logs, a temporary admin account, or a support token if you need to inspect the installation. Please advise the next step to resolve this quickly.
