Could you please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the ModSecurity is disabled or they are not blocking any process of the plugin?
Disabling ModSecurity should fix the issue.
If the issue persists, check if the theme or any other plugin is conflicting with Rank Math using the Health Check troubleshooting plugin.

Thank you for your support, it seems that the conflict is with All In One WP Security, I disable it, and it allows me to configure rank math.
However, when I activated the firewall module in All-In-One WP Security, the conflict persists. I will continue configuring Rank Math with the security plugin disabled.
But, I would like to know what I can do to have the two active plugins working correctly.
In other sites I have them active, and I have not had problems

Please check the firewall settings of All In One WP Security and make sure that it is not blocking Rank Math to make both plugins work together. If you’re not able to find the settings then you can contact their support to help you whitelisting Rank Math.
