    We apologize for the issue you are facing with accessing Content AI. Since you have a Starter plan, you should have access to Content AI features. However, there are a couple of reasons why you might be encountering issues:

    1. Content AI Subscription is Not Active: Ensure that your subscription is active. If you see a message indicating that your subscription is not active, you may need to check your account status.

    2. Website is Not Connected to Rank Math: You might need to connect your Rank Math account to your website. Look for a message prompting you to connect your account and follow the instructions provided.

    To troubleshoot further, please refresh your Content AI credits by going to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
