Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with sharing your posts on Facebook. It sounds frustrating that the featured image is not appearing despite your efforts. Here are a few things you can check to resolve this issue:
1. Image Format and Size
Make sure that the image you are trying to share meets Facebook’s requirements. Facebook officially supports the following formats for Open Graph images:
Additionally, the recommended image size is 1200px X 630px. If your image dimensions are too small or too large, Facebook may not display it correctly.
2. Check Image URL
The error message from the Facebook debugger indicates that the provided og:image
URL could not be processed. Ensure that the image URL is accessible and not blocked by any security settings on your website. You can try opening the image URL directly in a browser to see if it loads correctly.
3. Gzip Compression
If you have gzip compression enabled on your site, it might interfere with Facebook’s ability to read the Open Graph tags. Try disabling gzip compression in your caching plugin settings and then clear your website cache.
4. Minification Issues
If you are using a caching plugin that minifies CSS or JavaScript, it might push your Open Graph tags down in the source code, making them inaccessible to Facebook. Ensure that your Open Graph tags are within the first 60 KB of your page’s source code.
5. Facebook Debugger
After making these changes, use the Facebook Sharing Debugger to scrape your post again. Click on the Scrape Again button to refresh Facebook’s cache for your URL.

If you’ve checked all these points and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you resolve it soon!

Hi,
But the Gzip Compression and Minification are important for my site to have good performance. Is there any other way to make this work?
Hello,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
In this case, please contact your caching plugin to see if there’s a way to exclude OG images from getting processed by the GZIP compression.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
