I’ll try this but it works for my other post and pages. Just the recent 2 new posts that we put up. Is this something that normally happens with the plugin?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please share the affected post(S) URL(s) then edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I have checked the website and every time I work with a post (even when saving it as a draft) it shows in the dev console the following error:
GET https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/wp/v2/users/me?_locale=user 403
POST https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/2339/autosaves?_locale=user 403
Those errors can happen by several reasons like not valid permissions in folders, incorrect .htaccess… I have added here a guide you should check: https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/195-http-error-403
