Sorry for the confusion. The order ID you have shared is for the Content AI package, not for the PRO plugin. You don’t need the PRO plugin or download any files to use Content AI. Please head over to the WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account once again.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

If you have purchased the credits by mistake, let us know and we will refund the purchase and you can purchase the PRO subscription.
