My firewall is inactive, the console only shows this: JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2
and I cannot check the plugin since I dont have access to that in WordPress. My client just told me that they check it from there end and nothing is wrong with the plugin. WHat could be the possible cause of this issue?

I’ve checked the route that Rank Math uses, and it is being blocked by the WordFence firewall. You can refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.
In this case, please follow the steps in this link to whitelist the Rank Math routes:
