  • Hello,

I apologize for the issue you are facing with importing redirections. It seems that you are trying to import redirections from a CSV file, which is a feature available in the Rank Math PRO version. If the import button has disappeared, it could be due to a few reasons:

    1. Ensure PRO Version: Make sure you are using the PRO version of Rank Math, as the bulk import feature is not available in the free version.
    2. Advanced Mode: Since you mentioned that you have set the mode to advanced, please double-check that you have saved the settings after switching modes.
    3. Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can cause conflicts. Try deactivating other plugins temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Theme Conflicts: Similarly, your theme might be causing issues. Switching to a default WordPress theme can help identify if this is the case.

To import redirections from a CSV file, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Redirections in your WordPress admin area.
    2. Look for the Import CSV option (this should be visible if you are using the PRO version).
    3. Select your CSV file using the Choose File button and click on Import CSV.

Make sure your CSV file includes at least the source and destination columns for the redirections to work properly. If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent can assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

Well, that’s a very bad change. Previously, it was possible to import redirects in bulk even in the Free version and that’s why I recommended your plugin to my clients. If it’s no longer possible, we’ll go back to the Redirection + Yoast SEO plugin.
    Thanks for the reply.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

Just to clarify, the CSV import feature has always been exclusive to the PRO version of Rank Math, as noted in our documentation here: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-redirects/#csv. We understand how this may have caused confusion, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
