I cancelled my plan as per my account, but there has been a mistake

    Hi there,

    I cancelled my plan and got refunded. For some reason the system has billed me for Creator AI anyway, despite the fact that I don’t have an active RankMath subscription.

    I’m sure you can see the error and how I couldn’t possibly use it.

    Could you please issue a full refund of that Creator AI annual subscription please?

    I know these things happen, so I appreciate your help.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please note that the Content AI subscription is a separate subscription and it works even without the Rank Math PRO/Business plan. Cancelling your Rank Math Business plan doesn’t mean it will deactivate the Content AI as well.

    With that said, we have gone ahead and refunded your Content AI renewal and canceled it as well. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
