I do not think the theme activation issue is related to this error. Could you please deactivate Rank Math and check if the theme activation will be successful?
This error is a false positive from your security plugin resulting from the use of the php_uname() function in the plugin that helps to send us diagnostic data if usage tracking is enabled.

I have deactivated RankMath plugin, and again, when installing the theme, and in debug mode, this error appears:
