I bought PRO but it’s not showing up

To resolve this, you will need to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan.

Here’s what you can do:

1. Open a ticket with our support team by navigating to the Rank Math Support Forum.
2. In the Ticket Title section, enter a brief summary of your issue.
3. In the Ticket Question section, provide more details about your situation, including the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan.
4. If possible, include a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.
5. Click on the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

Once you submit the ticket, our support team will assist you in locating your PRO account and resolving the issue.

On rare occasions, it takes a little while for the system to set up and reconcile payments. However, we can see that your account has already been upgraded to the PRO version. The PRO badge is already visible on your account.

Please log out of your Rank Math account, clear your browser cache and then login in again.

To use Rank Math PRO, you need to first download the plugin from your Rank Math dashboard. If you do not see the PRO plugin in the download section, please log out, clear the browser cache and log back in.

You can then download the PRO plugin from your Rank Math account dashboard: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

After downloading the plugin, you need to install and activate it on your site. The PRO version is built on top of the free version to keep the plugins robust and lightweight. So you will need both of them to be installed and activated at the same time so the PRO version will work.
