Actually, it started working, but most of the PRO features are still asking for the upgrade in WordPress plugin inside. Does it take time or I do need to update the plugin or smth?

Please ensure that the PRO plugin is installed and activated on your website:
https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/
Then connect your website to your account by going to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect/Connect.
That should fix the issue.
